The onboarding process depends on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information and access you provide. Business Uptime Credit Guarantee
At MOSAN, we understand that uptime isn’t just a technical metric — it’s a business necessity. That’s why we offer a transparent uptime accountability model that ensures service credits are issued when monthly availability drops below expectations, and responsibility is properly assigned.
If a system under our management or coordination experiences reduced uptime in a given month, a credit will be issued based on the severity of the outage, aligned with the table below. Credits are applied to either your MOSAN monthly service fees or obtained from the third-party platform provider, depending on which party caused the downtime.
Eligibility Requirement: Applies to systems fully managed by MOSAN. If we're at fault, credits apply to your MOSAN fee. If a third party is responsible, we'll pursue credits on your behalf. Excludes planned maintenance, force majeure, unpaid invoices, revoked access, client changes, or ignored guidance. Credits are monthly, non-transferable, and apply to the next billing cycle.

Upon completion of our implementation or onboarding services, we guarantee your systems will be configured in alignment with best practices for data security, user management, and operational compliance.
If you receive a compliance violation or data breach notification related directly to MOSAN's configuration error or negligence, we will re-audit and correct the affected implementation at no additional cost until alignment is restored.
Eligibility Requirement: Guarantee applies to platforms and systems directly configured or administered by MOSAN. Client must have provided accurate compliance requirements and timely access to relevant platforms.
